Training your pelvic floor muscles?

This should include endurance holds that can be up to 10 seconds long as well as quick or short holds that last 1-2 seconds.  

The different types of muscle fibers in your pelvis need different length exercises to train them.  

We recommend you see a pelvic therapist to be sure that you should be working on kegels, many women have tension in their muscles and may not benefit from strengthening them.  Additionally, nearly half of women perform them wrong when given just verbal instructions.  Let us make sure you are doing your kegels correctly!
