Meet the Insight Team

Our team

Julie Wallace PT, DPT, CLT (she/her/hers) Founder of Insight Pelvic Health

Julie became a physical therapist to fulfill a lifelong dream of helping people feel better. Her passion for pelvic floor treatment comes from her own experience in her early 20s, when she completely peed her pants. She knows firsthand how problems with the pelvic floor can cause people to suffer in silence, due to things like leaking, pain with sex, low back pain, or the physical toll of giving birth. She also knows how life-changing the right treatment can be.

As a PT, Julie’s goal is to get her clients back to feeling like themselves again, doing all the activities they want without anxiety and limitation.

Julie lives in Loveland, Colorado with her husband and two children. She loves biking, backpacking, skiing and gardening (specifically weeding).

She graduated with a B.A. in Integrative Physiology and Psychology from University of Colorado, and then completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the Anschutz Medical School at the University of Colorado. She specializes in treating the pelvic floor and is certified in trigger point dry needling and lymphedema treatment. She has taken a plethora of continuing education courses focusing on treating pregnant and postpartum people, pelvic floor dysfunctions, and visceral mobilization.

Liesel Jay PT, DPT (she/her/hers)

Although she didn’t realize it at the time, Liesel’s pelvic health journey began as a gymnast in Dayton, Ohio. She and her fellow gymnasts viewed pelvic floor dysfunction (like leakage) as normal. She later discovered through her education as a physical therapist that pelvic floor dysfunction is both preventable and treatable. Her experience navigating her own pelvic floor health informs her approach with her patients. Liesel provides care with a passion for clarity, comfort, empathy and compassionate connection.

Liesel’s compassionate care is backed up with extensive knowledge and training. Her background includes not only a BS in Exercise Science and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, but also includes a multitude of continuing education courses in her specialty, as well as service in the Peace Corps as a Health Education Volunteer in Moldova. She also brings her skills in problem-solving to even the trickiest diagnoses. She is honored to treat every one of her patients, and she takes to heart her responsibility in the overall healing process and the life-changing impact that pelvic health can provide.

Liesel lives with her husband, little boy, and rescued mutt in Windsor, Colorado. She loves all things related to health, food, and nutrition. She enjoys camping, hiking, just about any physical activity, and has a newfound passion for nurturing houseplants.

Anna Towne PT, DPT, CSCS (she/her/hers)

Helping people get back to motherhood and fitness is Anna’s passion. Her first love was Sports Medicine Physical Therapy where she focused on getting runners and athletes back to their sports and activities, pain-free. Since becoming a mom five years ago, Anna saw the need for comprehensive rehab for people during pregnancy and postpartum. As a result, her focus has now shifted to helping parents as a Pelvic Floor PT with a certification in pregnancy and postpartum. Believing that pregnancy doesn't have to be such a painful experience, Anna loves helping pregnant people stay pain-free, symptom-free and active. Anna also loves helping people return safely to activity and/or running without pain or leaking postpartum. Anna loves blending her sports PT and her pelvic floor PT knowledge into every treatment session to get her patients back to health and fitness.

In addition to her work with Insight Pelvic Health, Anna has created the amazing STRONG CORE MAMA program as a guide to postpartum recovery.

Anna herself is a mama runner and triathlete, and still loves to compete in these events, with or without the stroller. She also loves to hike and camp with her family which includes her husband, two little girls and a baby boy!

Anna is currently on maternity leave, but will be joining us again in April!

Norah Harvey (she/her/hers) Administrative Assistant

Meet Norah Harvey, the newest member of the Insight Pelvic Health family, joining as our Administrative Assistant. Originally hailing from the east coast, Norah earned her undergraduate degree in vocal performance before embarking on a journey that led her to Washington state to work for a non-profit. Seeking new horizons, she then ventured to Colorado, where she is excited to bring her diverse experiences to our team. Norah's adept problem-solving skills make her a valuable addition to Insight’s collaborative environment. Outside of her professional life, Norah cherishes camping, skiing, and swimming, finding solace in the simplicity and complexity of the outdoors. A lover of literature and creativity, she immerses herself in reading, knitting, crocheting, and experimenting with various crafts.
Excited to delve into the world of pelvic health, Norah looks forward to learning more about its significance while creating a welcoming space for patients and their children. Her warmth and enthusiasm extend beyond the workplace, fostering a positive atmosphere at Insight Pelvic Health. Norah seamlessly blends her music background with organizational skills, adding a unique touch to our team.

We are here to help

Bryn Zolty, PT, DPT, WCS, BCB-PMD, PRPC (she, her, hers)

Bryn graduated from the University of Delaware in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory science. She worked as a medical microbiologist at Merck Pharmaceuticals and then as an andrologist at South Jersey Fertility. During that time, she found her love of physical therapy through volunteering at Weisman Children’s Hospital. Bryn then went on to graduate Stockton College with a doctorate in physical therapy in 2010. She has worked in many settings including hospital based therapy, orthopedics, pediatrics, and now over 7 years as a pelvic specialist. Bryn has achieved two board certifications in the field of pelvic floor physical therapy.

Bryn’s own journey navigating her pelvic floor, abdomen, and her autoimmune system drives her strong desire to research evidence-based and informed treatments. This desire has become a passion for learning, as well as mentoring other therapists along their journey.

Over time, Bryn’s love of running and soccer turned into mountain biking and rock climbing. Her family decided it was time to stop dreaming of living out west in the mountains and do it! She is so incredibly happy to move to Colorado with her husband and daughter and join the Insight team.
